Slug-A-bug was very quick to schedule us in and very prompt showing up. Cole did a great job communicating the process & what steps will be taken to help resolve any pest issues. Cole was also very informative about products he was using and the different products he would use to attack different species and was even willing to show how the product was working.

I just had my 2-story townhouse-style duplex tented for dry wood termites, and I just want everyone to know what a blessing Slug-A-Bug’s representative Angel has been! Every single worry and concern I had was addressed with promptness, kindness and respect, no matter how trivial the question (“Angel, I have a flat roof! What happens if a big rainstorm comes… will the tent on top hold a bunch of water…9+ tons of it!…and cause my roof to collapse?”). He handled every question, every panicky thought I had, more than just professionally: he handled it all with grace and reassurance. I certainly couldn’t ask for more than that.

Ed came for our quarterly pest control. He sprayed all around our house but missed the lanai due to a miscommunication by my husband. When I sent him a text, he returned to inspect and treat the lanai. He provided excellent customer service!
